Listen to this podcast.
Alan Weiss' podcast is well worth a listen. I liked how he breaks ideas down to their raw level: What new value can we bring to our customers as a consultant? He also discusses the importance of a consultant's self-image: what's your real value, who buys it, and how do you reach them. This talk renewed some ideas for me.
